Hey Grace Baptist Church,
I am looking forward to gathering again on Sunday  June 7th with those who will be joining us.  I am writing you today to keep you up to date with how we plan on keeping you safe for worship this Sunday.  As we gather it is important that you know we are doing everything we can to make sure our place of worship is safe.

1.  Cleaning:

The whole church is going to be cleaned and sanitized for this coming Sunday and will continue to be cleaned each week.  We will spay everything with a spay that is made to kill any viruses to make sure everything is safe.  

2.  Auditorium, Foyer, and Bathrooms:

At this time we will only utilize the Auditorium and Foyer and Bathrooms in the foyer.  We will not be using the classrooms or other places in our facility.  This will help the Hempill’s to focus on what areas we will need cleaned each week.  Please help us by staying in these areas when you are at church.  I know a lot of times our kids like to go downstairs and in the classrooms to play, but right now please keep your families in these designated areas.  

3.  Social Distancing:

We will be using every other Pew at the church for seating.  To make sure we have enough space for everyone please have your entire household sit in one pew.  Please feel free to wear a mask or use hand sanitizer if you need to.  

Please ask before making any physical contact with each other to be respectful of those who want to stay social distanced.  Let’s work together to help each other feel safe.

4.  Live Streaming:

We will continue to offer our worship service live on our website and facebook.  If you are not ready to gather at church please join us here: CLICK HERE

We will be live starting at 10:30.  

This Sunday we will be celebrating the Lords Supper.  If you need elements for the service please let Pastor Rob know so he can get them to you.  There will be a basket with the communion elements in the foyer so please take what you need when you come in so you can be prepared for communion.

5.  Offering:

We will continue to offer online giving as an option for giving to our ministry.  There will also be an offering box in the foyer for giving.   We will not be taking a offering by passing the offering plate at this time.  

6.  Fellowship and Prayer time:

We will continue to have a time of fellowship and prayer during our service.  You can come prepared to share a verse, testimony, hymn, or prayer request.  If you are staying at home you can text Jaime Greene with any responses you want shared.  Text: 740-727-4150 to participate during our service.  

7.  Discipleship:

We will continue to offer a Bible study on Wednesday nights online at www.gracebaptistmiinford.com each week for your own growth.  Please participate in these each week.  

8.  Kids Ministry:

We will continue to offer the Kids Bible lessons and Bible studies on our website each week.  There will be no kid classes at this time.  Please take advantage of these resources for your kids own spiritual growth.  If you feel led during our Prayer and Fellowship time you can share a brief lesson or verse with our kids and teenagers.

9.  Service Conclusion:

We will dismiss by rows so we can stay social distanced.  If you would like to fellowship or talk with each other please let those who want to leave the building go first so they can safely leave.
