The Refuge is a free mobile counseling service for those living in Scioto County. We have counselors waiting by to help, all you need to do is text us.  We can send counsel through text or social media and even set up appointments.  We can help you if you are depressed, or having relationship problems or just need some advice.  

Refuge: A condition of being safe or sheltered from pursuit, danger, or trouble.
