How are you using your breath today? Can I make a suggestion that involves truth? Use it to Praise you Lord and Savior. Remember it is not natural in your flesh or soul to praise Him but your Spirit is ready. Remind yourself that there is a God who is supremely more significant than anything you will encounter today or ever. Searching for anything else has no value. Praise the Lord you have all you need because you have a magnificent God. He loves you and never leaves you or forsakes you. Bless the Lord oh my soul, He is amazing.

Father, Help us to use the breath you give us to praise your son the mediator between you and us. Help us to remember You used Him to ransom us. Thank you You alone are worthy of praise, and honor and glory forever and forever. AMEN
